Call 0330 332 0080 with your account number, date of birth and correspondence postcode to hand. Please make sure payment is made before 8pm on your payment due date. To use this service you need to be a residential or sole buy to let customer. The payment can only be made by the customer and not a third party.
Please note: Payments made after 8.00pm will not be applied to your mortgage account until the next day (this includes non-working days)
Please do not use this service if your Direct Debit has failed as this may lead to a double payment being taken from your bank account. We may try to take the Direct Debit payment again 7 working days after the first collection fails. Please call us on 0330 159 4850 to confirm.
Please note there are certain customers who are not able to use this service, or who may have to call us on a different number. If you’re not eligible to use the service, you can still ring the payment line number but you will be put through to an agent. Please see more detail below:
If you have a Limited Company mortgage or a total of 5 or more Buy to Let accounts with NRAM, Bradford & Bingley or Mortgage Express please speak to our specialist team to make a payment by calling us on 0330 159 1928.
If you are receiving Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) or are under the Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS) or have an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), then please ring the payment line between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday as you will need to speak to an agent.
